In the African culture, food is an extremely important part of who we are, a tale is told that if you want to know whether someone loves you, ask them to make you a meal, even with the least culinary skills, you will know from the taste of their food, of course if it tastes good, then you know that you have won their heart and if not, the answer is right before you.

Food lives through every part of who we are and how we live, when we host friends and loved ones, we make them a meal, when we are looking to soothe a broken heart, we ask for what they like to eat and make them a meal, even while we send them off on their journey, a meal accompanies them, food is recipe for good and fulfilling relationships and so we create it with all our soul and beingness.

IKAZE BREAKFAST SPECIAL
Bananas and potatoes mixed with Beef or G nut source or beans or beef offals, vegetables, fruits, coffee, tea, juice
LOCAL CHICKEN
Boiled local chicken with onions tomatoes green peppers carrots together with local spices. Served with Rice, Matooke, potatoes , sweet potatoes, yams. posho, kalo, pumpkin, greens, peas, beans and g-nut sauce
